The 5th annual "Drowned Hogs" river plunge was held on Saturday, January 30th at the 18th Street Boat Ramp under the Birmingham Bridge. Around 50 people braved the 16 degree temperature to jump into the Monongahela River. The water temperature was 31 degrees.
