When the Panthers tip off this Tuesday against Ohio they will have a familiar face on the bench and he wears No. 5. No, it’s not Tyrell Biggs. He already graduated. It’s 6-foot-6 redshirt junior Gil Brown.

The Panthers may not be playing at the Pete on Tuesday night, but they might as well be. They will tip-off against Indiana at 9 p.m. in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden which has quickly become the team’s “home away from home”.
