Getting in shape is one of the most popular New Year resolutions made by Americans. That goal is a little too vague for my liking, and possibly why so many people fail to meet that goal. Therefore, I decided to make more specific fitness resolutions instead, and I recommend you do the same:

Do you find nutrition labels confusing? It's sometimes hard to tell how nutritional what you're eating is. This is low in fat, but high in sugar, and this is low in calories but high in carbs... there's a lot to worry about.
